Yumemimachi is a small town that faces the Seto Inland Sea. The industry of this town, which is in population decline, includes fishing, agriculture, and a hill called Yumemigaoka that serves as a sight-seeing spot. Yumemimachi is being swallowed up by other expanding towns, and Yumemigaoka is vanishing due to development. The heroine and her childhood friends unite to somehow protect Yumemigaoka, however... Now, the story of a small miracle begins.
