Cordelia Parsons is one of the ladies of Hazelvale and one of Annabelle Parsons's younger sisters. Although she is mentioned along with Annabelle's other sisters in earlier chapters, she is first seen in Book 3, Chapter 4. While Constance appears to be the more responsible twin, Cordelia comes off as more coquettish and lighthearted.
