Nickname "Otsuu", one of the Chishiski Girls who is a member of Daybreak and the protagonist of the second game. When she and Ningyohime were younger, Tsuu promised to become the "little mermaid's true prince", and thus, has always acted like a prince. Tsuu is very courageous, though underneath her shell she also has a slightly weak and girlish personality that contrasts her boyish appearance. She is also the only one who can understand and interact with Jack.
