Pénélope Polumètis Odysseus

女

Originally from Lascaux, the capital of the kingdom of Midgard, Penelope settled in Ithaca following her marriage to Odysseus. She possesses great beauty, which has earned her the admiration of many—most notably the nobles of Midgard, who courted her extensively. Her father organized a horse race to decide between her suitors; Odysseus won the competition and, with it, her hand in marriage. Though Penelope initially resisted him, she eventually fell deeply in love. The couple settled in the village of Ithaca and started a family. Tragically, this happiness was short-lived, as Odysseus was compelled to participate in the Olympic Games. His victory granted both Penelope and their son, Telemachus, the gift of immortality, transforming them into demigods. Odysseus, however, never returned from his journey. Years have passed, yet Penelope’s thoughts remain fixed upon him. As new suitors arrive to seek her hand, she rejects them all, steadfast in her conviction that her husband is still out there somewhere and will one day return.
