She is a Sigritzar Orkensau. A Sigritzar Orkensau, is any non orc woman kept as a ceremonial slave. Unlike other slaves, many willingly choose to become one because it guarantees an easy life, as they are not required to do work or perform sexual acts. Their role is to simply showcase their owner's status. Marny was abandoned as an infant and found by the Orcs who raised her as a Sigritzar Orkensau.
