Camilla was Frank's adoptive sister in the family he lived with before being adopted by Natalie. She was 9 years old at the time Frank was adopted and quickly accepted him as her brother. Camilla often dragged Frank around and made him do stuff with her. Even if Frank initially wanted to be alone, Camilla always found a way to make him have fun when she brought him along somewhere. The two of them became very close and Camilla developed a childhood crush on him, she was shy to admit it to him at first but her parents were strangely encouraging to her on the subject. When she was ten years old, a fire broke out into her home and she was thought to have died. All legal documents said as much and she was nowhere to be seen.
