Kelsey is one of Your Character's Downstreet neighbors. Despite claiming otherwise, she likes to gossip and is not above accusing her neighbors of nefarious deeds. While she is relatively friendly towards Your Character, she is hesitant to associate with them due to Sadie Hotchmitch claiming they murdered Valerie Wright. She has eight children whose ages range from infant to adult; there are rumors her youngest child was consummated outside of her marriage.
