Zeno of Apocyrion

Zeno of Apocyrion is a member of the inner circle of the Order of the Universal Panacea. They are the founder of neuromancy, and one of the most famous researchers in the Remaining World. They specifically invited Balthazar of Isan to the conclave for "personal" reasons. Zeno uses two different "proxy bodies" throughout the story. One, which they seem to prefer in private, is in the form of a young, unnatural-looking woman with blue and red eyes, while the other is in the form of an old, bearded man. According to them, these are both controlled by their real body, which has been surgically altered to allow for this remote control and to minimize the effects of aging.
