█████ of Fusai is the maternal grandfather of Utsushikome of Fusai, who dies in an accident 12 years before the story begins. He was a member of the inner circle of the Order of the Universal Panacea despite not being particularly proficient in the practice of Arcana, but left the order acrimoniously after a disagreement on what their research focus ought to be. Samium of Ur-Ysar, Neferuaten of Amat, Autonoe of Koranthia and Jia Fang are all friends and previous research partners of his, and it is implied many more have some kind of connection to him or his projects.
