Eva's husband. Hideyoshi is a very jovial man whose cheerful nature manages to tone down the tension between the siblings during their various meetings. Having lost his family in World War II, he willingly adopted the name "Ushiromiya" when he married Eva. He is the successful president of a chain of fast food restaurants, but seeks Kinzou's fortune due to people trying to buy all the shares in his company.
