He is the mastermind behind this kidnapping incident and the leader of the three. He is a former Japanese middleweight boxer who was imprisoned for getting into a drunken fight and sending six people to the hospital. After being released from prison, he once again teamed up with Imaoka to commit a robbery and murder, and is now on the run. After receiving information from Imaoka, he shows up to hide out at the training camp where his prison cellmate Shimotsuki works as the manager. He imprisons the members of the team who use the facility, and uses them as an outlet for his sexual desires until the heat dies down.
