He is a famous serial killer known as the "Eye Opener." He is a high-ranking leader in a criminal group called Nightmare and runs a local gang base. He is obsessed with finding the "Lune people." Because of this, he is known for a terrible habit: gouging out his victims' eyes to look for special marks. He hides his crimes and his gang's business inside an old, abandoned building. This building is a fake front used to keep the public from seeing the truth.
