Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez is a wolf and Chase's ex-boyfriend. He moved to Echo from El Salvador with his family at a young age. He quickly made friends with Jenna and Chase, and their group of three would grow over the following years, adding Carl, TJ, and Flynn. During high school, he began to date Chase. Leo cherishes the memories of his childhood in Echo, and expresses wishes that the friend group could have remained closer in the years following high school. In 2015, after Chase had expressed plans to return to Echo during spring break for a school project, Leo organized the get-together with the rest of the friend group.
