A mercenary in the service of the Black Ledgers, Blight specializes in fugitive retrieval and the handling of particularly sensitive cases. Her scionic ability allows her to generate a dark energy capable of inflicting acute, paralyzing pain—triggering spasms, loss of consciousness, or even permanent neurological damage. Cold, disciplined, and utterly without hesitation, she approaches every assignment with a clarity and severity that evoke a soldier more than a common criminal. [In game description]
