A mage. While rather eccentric, Nobie is kind-hearted, intelligent and wishes to achieve a permanent state of beauty, which is partly the reason behind his young and feminine appearance (but it is also simply because "it's cute"). Uses magic to make himself look younger, as the likes of Haru and Ai. Good friends with the latter.
