Jada is the mother of Aaliyah and Jamal, she is married to Jerome. Their marriage is not happy, Jada and Jerome can hardly be in the same room without arguing. Jada is a former photo-model and, as her marriage is strained, she spends much of her day doing workouts or swimming in their pool. She has always had a soft spot for the protagonist. Jada is friends with Allison, they talk on the phone occasionally.
