He/They Vance is an apothecary from Calida City who loves experimenting with new recipes and always strives to learn more. His mom was a dragon while his dad was a wyvern. They have a "grumpy resting face" even when they're not mad. Vance is actually very kind and sweet, but they're also pretty straightforward and not afraid to speak their mind. When people discriminate against him for being a hybrid, Vance tends to brush it off much to Carmelo's chagrin.
