The story takes place in the frozen Almeran Empire, a land defined by cruelty and ice. The protagonist is an assassin sent on a mission to eliminate the Imperial Princess. However, the mission ends in failure, leaving the assassin wounded and cornered by bandits in the wasteland. In an unexpected turn of fate, the Princess herself intervenes and saves his life.
