What would you do at the end of the world?
Cedar finds himself asking that question on December 31st, 1999, with the Y2K bug threatening to cause a disaster. With his friends' differing opinions on how to celebrate the upcoming new millennium, Cedar must quickly decide how he wants to celebrate earth's last year.
