Covered in sickening scales, with ugly horns and piercing yellow snake eyes, she has no place among humans. But maybe it doesn't have to be that way- At a crossroads in her life, two women each offer her a path forward.
It would be so comfortable and easy to just bow her head and accept the chains a subhuman existence deserves. But just as well, there would be such a thrill in finally becoming the monster the world thinks she is.
