Shadows of Cardonia is a dark, narrative-driven visual novel/RPG hybrid that focuses on choices — and the consequences they leave behind.
There are no stats, spells, or classes.
Only people. Only decisions.
And what comes after.
You don’t create a hero — you shape a person.
One who hesitates. Lies. Survives.
And carries it all.
Instead of asking you to save the world, it asks whether you even should.
Inspired by The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante, The Black Company by Glen Cook, and the moral bleakness of Abercrombie’s fiction, Shadows of Cardonia is a story about who you are when no one's watching — and what happens because of it.
“He begged for his life. Said he had a family.
You believed him.
Now someone else buries theirs.”
