Samsara Nurse is a psychological horror visual novel with romance elements. It follows the story of Bloody, a young adult seeking a new life—a fresh start. To begin this new life, Bloody decides to leave everything behind and pursue a mysterious hospital he discovered through a strange recruitment poster, which claimed that ANYONE could join and that all staff members would receive free treatment. Bloody sees this as a huge opportunity, he could finally get the surgery of his dreams, land a job, and have a place to live, all without much effort.

In this game, you’ll follow Bloody’s journey, guiding his fate in the hospital, meeting patients and nurses as your choices shape the story. You’ll also have the chance to grow closer to Nurse Centipede, Sangrento’s greatest inspiration and desire he met at the hospital.
