Blue Hawaii Aniki, a self-proclaimed film director, moonlights as the host of a radio program for pocket money: Blue Hawaii Aniki's Small Celebration. Together with veteran FM DJ Cathy Kojuku and Bonto Taira, the show's overeager scriptwriter, he reads out the "small celebrations" sent in by listeners.
This is a visual novel you read the way you would listen to a single full episode of a radio show. There are no choices and nothing to fail — just an hour of airtime. And as the broadcast rolls on, the lives of the people on the other side of the airwaves slowly come into view.
